Bulk Uploader

You can now create and edit property names in the UI using special characters: |, [, ], {, }, and #.

Previously, these characters were blocked in the UI but allowed in the Bulk Upload tool, which caused inconsistencies. This fix aligns the UI with Bulk Upload behavior.

Asset

You can now edit assets created with the following configuration options without errors:

• HC Only: enabled.

• Asset Configuration: ECRI Codes enabled and Risk Assessment enabled.

Project

Sort the ID column on the Find Projects page, consistent with sorting behavior in other modules.

Timezone

View inspection dates in your device’s local time zone. This update displays dates consistently with other date-related entries in the UI and eliminates discrepancies caused by UTC-based timestamps.

Work Order

Special characters in the Department and Created By fields display exactly as entered. All allowed characters, including &, ', ", <, >, and Unicode letters, are saved correctly and shown consistently across all pages without HTML entities or encoding artifacts.

Work Order

Labor Estimates automatically update the Estimated Labor Hrs field on the Request Detail page. The field reflects the total hours from the Work Order – Estimates page immediately, ensuring consistency across pages. The Estimated Amount field continues to pull from the Grand Total without changes, and updates appear without a manual refresh.

Work Order

The My requests > In my regions tab now shows all work orders by default, with Show lead only unchecked when Multiple assignees is enabled.

Company

Generate the Company Documents Report filtered by Region without Excel errors. Data matches the selected region, no false messages appear, and unfiltered reports continue to work as expected.

Request Confirmation Message

Updates to the Request confirmation message on the AD_Installation page now save correctly and display to all users as configured.

Security Rights

SOC Admin users can find and manage Named Guest users in the Edit User module, ensuring all guest users are visible and accessible for management.

Search

Enter & and " characters in the Search Text field and see them displayed exactly as typed. This update prevents conversion to HTML entities and removes confusion when reviewing search input.

Requisition

Update the PR Description field without errors, even when using special character pairings like &#. Special characters are allowed and submitted correctly, HTML encoding prevents errors, and text wraps properly without affecting page layout.

Region

Add a child work order in the Region Hierarchy Setup page without issues. Newly added child regions display immediately, valid additions show no errors, and proper messages appear for duplicates. Errors clear after successful additions, and the system prevents assigning a child region to multiple parents.

Region

Open the Select Region modal on the Region Details page at a larger default size and resize it as needed. The modal maintains layout integrity, supports scrolling for region lists, and does not affect other modals.

Space

The update date for a space now reflects the Property timezone. The correct offset is applied, future updates follow the property’s timezone setting, and timestamps remain accurate across all environments.

WO Financial

Update Quantity, Cost, and other fields for non-stock items without errors, regardless of the Allow Negative On Hand Quantities setting. Edits work consistently, stock item validation rules remain unchanged, and error messages accurately reflect real issues.

Inventory

View bin data in the Select Bin window with information displayed in the correct columns. Empty optional fields stay blank, preventing data from shifting, and bins display consistently whether fields are full or partial, making selection clear and accurate.

Schedule

Edit Other Cost entries on a schedule without errors. The system validates all required fields, including Vendor when applicable, and saves values correctly without NULL entries. Adding new Other Costs and other financial operations continue to work as expected.

AI

Add labor on a request from the Work Order Financial page with default date and time values that match the property’s time zone. The system applies the correct local time format, including offsets and midnight boundaries, and uses the property’s time zone instead of the server or user time zone. If the property’s time zone is missing, a warning appears: Could not detect property time zone, defaulting to System Level Time zone.

Request Details

Prevent duplicate financial charges on work orders when using inactive Request Types. The POST endpoint no longer adds charges and returns accurate error messages, while the GET endpoint displays charges regardless of Request Type status. Both endpoints behave consistently.

Material Item

View each Transaction ID with a single charge after duplicate charges are removed. All 732 affected transactions include corrected material quantities, and other records remain unchanged.

Reclassify

Use the Reclassify function without errors when the 360NPFA feature is enabled. The modal opens with all dropdowns populated, fields cascade correctly, and reclassification saves successfully with BLL integration.

Procedure

Add procedures with names starting with LT or GT to a schedule without errors. Procedure names accept any characters, save correctly, and are encoded as HTML attributes to prevent XSS vulnerabilities.

System

Transfer inventory items between warehouses without requiring the Item Issue security right. Transfers complete without errors, bin information loads correctly, and users without this right can still update Unit Cost and Quantity on Material Line Items from the WO Financial page. Any transfer issues display clear error messages instead of a 500 error.

System

Create a user with User Type set to Named Guest or Unnamed Guest, and the Restricted checkbox accurately reflects the lgj_guest_flag value. The system sets lgj_guest_flag to 1 in the lgb_emp_rgn_prop table during creation, and toggling the checkbox updates the flag correctly. Other fields remain unchanged, and database updates occur at creation, not only on edit.

System

Set only one activity group as the default to prevent issues during new user creation. When you select a new default, the previous one is automatically removed, ensuring smooth user setup.

Multiple Assignee

Select a Crew when creating a new schedule without losing the selection on page reload. The default Assignee updates correctly, and both fields retain their values for successful schedule creation.

API

The GET API for PropertyBillCodeAssociations handles large datasets without errors. Requests process smoothly, return results promptly even without filters, and avoid freezing for improved performance.

API

The /companyregionassociation POST endpoint documentation now clearly states its limitations, supporting only the CompanyId and RegionId parameters. This update prevents confusion regarding unsupported fields.

Add labor costs with negative hours to a work order using the LaborCosts API, matching UI functionality. The API accepts negative hour values without errors.
